Our Story
It all started with our Granny – Julia Parker self described as an “Old Georgia Cook”. She lived each day to make people smile. She would bring fresh baked cakes to her doctors appointments to make others smile. Her chicken and dumplings were so delicious that I would always have a fourth or fifth serving. Her smile grew bigger each time I filled my bowl. Granny was a strong and independent woman. My saddest day was when we could no longer provide the care she needed at home and she moved into a nursing home. She lost her independence and her ability to cook. We didn’t know about Home Care. Our mission is to maximize independence and enhance the quality of life for as long as possible.
